We are looking for two households who want to live in our quad that's currently under construction in Northfield
We are also accepting applications for the six single family homes to be build in Faribault in 2024 (moving in by April, 2025).

We choose households on three main criteria:
Need for Housing
Your current housing is inadequate in some way or you’re paying too much of your income for rent.
Ability To Pay
You must be able to pay a mortgage that includes principal, interest, taxes, and insurance. Your household income needs to be 30% - 80% of your Area Median Income (AMI) which is $30,000 - $77,350 in Rice County.
Willingness to Partner
Our families aren’t customers or clients – they are our partners! You must be willing to contribute hours of sweat equity (time building your home) and be ambassadors of our program.
