To carry out our vision, we partner with individuals and families from application through construction to when the keys are handed over.

The path to homeownership is an important and in-depth process, requiring hard work, time, and dedication.  Whether you end up buying a house with Rice County Habitat for Humanity or another home on the market, we can help you prepare for the various responsibilities of homeownership, including

• Personal finances
• Mortgages
• Home maintenance and upkeep

We understand that sometimes questions about money and finances come up.  To help, we have open office hours with financial coaches who can talk with you with any questions you might have.  No question is too big or small.  There are offices hours at the Community Action Center in both Northfield and Faribault.
