Starting in 2024 Rice County Habitat is partnering with a committed group of local Northfielders to acquire and rehab homes in our community. Households who are interested in purchasing a rehabbed home can apply to purchase these homes, with an affordable mortgage, through the Habitat for Humanity process.  Learn more about applying to Habitat HERE.
